I already knew i was going to love this the moment i opened it 🥹 the aroma is sooo sweet, fresh, and super fragrant.
As a latte, the color is a beautiful deep green, not the most vibrant, but still pretty! The flavor is creamy, nutty, with a gentle natural sweetness. It’s smooth with a light mouthfeel and very low bitterness, making it super easy to drink.
My fave part has to be the nuttiness. It’s noticeable but never overpowers the matcha, so everything tastes really balanced, which is exactly what i look for in a nutty matcha.
The matcha speaks nuttiness in a soft and light way, there’s almost no bitterness or astringency, which is perfect for the ones who prefer something light but brings comfort. Also, the matcha leans on being smooth and creamy along with a gentle umami flavor.
The hojicha was so good! It is very chocolatey and nutty along with light roasted notes. The taste profile is just perfect for me as someone who is not really a hojicha drinker. The best hojicha I have tasted so far!
