Size

Kannabi (神奈備) is an imperial grade, first harvest matcha from Uji, Kyoto, blended from Samidori, Yabukita, Saeakari, and Okumidori cultivars.

It opens with natural sweetness and unfolds into a rich, clear umami with no harsh edges. The color is stunning — an intense green that looks exceptional in a glass. Refined enough for Koicha and Usucha, and truly memorable as a top-tier matcha latte.

With milk it turns smooth, mellow and creamy while the matcha still comes through clearly rather than being buried. Served straight it shows a different side altogether — floral, with tart fruit notes and a subtle seaweed character on the finish.
