Musuhi (産霊) is an original reserve grade blend crafted with a single goal: perfect harmony with oat milk and milk. The depth of Uji matcha meets the signature nutty character of Yame, finished specially so the matcha stays beautifully present in every latte.
A first harvest blend of six carefully chosen cultivars, Musuhi delivers rich umami and gentle sweetness that rise through milk rather than disappearing into it. Warm and deeply roasted, it lingers on the palate, and a soft umami balances the slight bitterness that arrives on the finish. For specialty cafés building a signature oat milk matcha latte, this is the blend we designed for you.

A nice mouthfeel and balanced
Very nice! This one has a lighter body and mouthfeel. It is a bit more astringent but remains well-balanced.

It's Nutty and umami!
It's Nutty, umami, roasty & made to SHINE through milk. Exactly how I like my matcha lattes, bold enough to fight back. It's Uji x Yame in perfect harmony. I tried it both as a classic matcha and a banana matcha using my homemade Banana bread syrup and banana cream top! the matcha combo was chef's kiss 😘🤌

The matcha was incredible. The notes of the flavor and the smell amazing!!! And I cant stop think about the creaminess of that. I read a lot of good reviews of your matchas and it didnt dissapoint me.
