Kyushu Okumidori Matcha Mizuho

Mizuho (瑞穂) is a reserve grade, first harvest matcha crafted from the Okumidori cultivar across Kyushu's finest growing areas — Kagoshima, Ureshino, Sonogi, and Yame.

The powder is fine and lustrous with a deep jade green color. A nutty aroma leads into rich umami that unfolds slowly into rounded natural sweetness, with virtually no bitterness. The texture is dense and velvety, finishing long and clear with notes of toasted nori, roasted chestnut, and sweet cream.
