My chasen arrived with lots of splinters. This is my first shin chasen and for how much it was, very disappointed to see so many splinters. And it continues to splinter with each use. I always soak it before using.

I run a coffee shop in Milan and tested this matcha. The taste is very delicate, sweet, smooth, no bitterness or astringency at all, I loved the nutty aroma and the creamy texture. It works very well for the lattes I offer and is within a good price range to keep up with my margins. Wakokoro staff were extremely helpful and quick, highly recommend.
