The matcha speaks nuttiness in a soft and light way, there’s almost no bitterness or astringency, which is perfect for the ones who prefer something light but brings comfort. Also, the matcha leans on being smooth and creamy along with a gentle umami flavor.

I love how nutty this matcha is and how effortlessly it whisks into a smooth, creamy bowl. It’s beautifully well-rounded, with just the right amount of umami balanced by a lovely natural sweetness. Every sip is comforting and easy to enjoy, making it the kind of matcha I find myself reaching for day after day.

I enjoyed this both as a latte and as usucha. As a latte, nutty notes flourished when whisked. The first sip starts vegetal and ends with gentle nutty notes. Adding maple syrup intensifies the nutty flavor notes. Id say it’s light-medium body and creamy. Great for everyday drinking and works well with low fat & whole milk.

As usucha, it has a medium umami, creamy and with minimal bitterness you can’t really notice. Tried once as koicha, it was really nutty. Overall a very enjoyable drink!

Since I received this matcha I thought I thought that it was ok bc im used to bold Matchas, But the second time I used it I fell in love with it. It is so creamy it’s nutty and medium bodied, There’s no bitterness, barely anybastringency that I can feel and it’s so delicious. It became one of my favorites for the month of June. I used it quite often and I have less than a gram now I was trying to savor it because I really didn’t enjoy it and I highly recommend you try this Matcha because it is absolutely delicious and for the price is a steal.
