Uji Matcha Uji no Shiro

Uji no Shiro (宇治の白) is a stone-milled, first harvest matcha from Uji, Kyoto, blended from Yabukita, Okumidori, and Gokou cultivars grown in Japan's most prestigious matcha region.

The color is vivid and bright, the texture creamy and silky on the palate, with a gentle, well-balanced bitterness that keeps every cup elegant. Traditional granite stone-milling preserves the delicate aroma that makes Uji matcha famous worldwide.
