Japanese Matcha Kosen

Kosen (香煎) is a fragrant premium matcha roasted slightly deeper than usual, giving it a distinctive nutty, toasted aroma that sets it apart from anything else in our range.

Despite the deeper roast, bitterness and astringency stay mild — the cup is aromatic, smooth, and remarkably easy to drink. In milk the roasted notes bloom, making Kosen an outstanding choice for cafés that want their matcha latte to smell as inviting as it tastes.
