Private Label & OEM Matcha

Japanese matcha, ready for your brand. We supply the tea, the unprinted packaging and the paperwork; you design the label. No minimum order quantity — test your brand with a handful of units before committing to volume.

What we supply

  • The matcha — over 30 teas from Yame, Uji, Kagoshima, Shizuoka and Nishio, from culinary to top ceremonial grade, including JAS-certified organic options. Choose from the catalogue.
  • 30g pouches — food-grade aluminium, gusseted, unprinted (45 × 40 × 150 mm). Filled with the tea of your choice, or empty pouches for your own filling line at JPY 10 (USD 0.07) each.
  • Matcha tins — the 30g pouch fits inside our tins, available in silver, gold, black and white at USD 1.50 each. No minimum for tins or pouches.
  • 1kg bulk bags — for brands that pack in their own facility. Volume discounts from 10kg (−5%) and 100kg (−10%).

Labels

We do not print labels — printing locally in your market is faster and cheaper for you, and keeps you in control of design and compliance. Send us your printed labels and we apply them for JPY 20 per label before shipping, so your product arrives shelf-ready. Pricing structure

  • 1–4 pouches of a tea: sample pricing (retail −20%) — for testing your concept.
  • 5 or more 30g pouches of the same tea: wholesale pouch pricing (see the catalogue).
  • 10kg and above: −5% / 100kg and above: −10%.

Documents and compliance

  • FSSC 22000 certification; certificate shared on request.
  • FDA-registered facility (no. 15787431550); FDA Prior Notice filed by us for every US shipment.
  • Certificate of origin, health certificate, reference certificate of analysis, JAS organic certificates for applicable teas.
  • Product-specific lab testing (microbiology, heavy metals, pesticide panel) at cost via an accredited laboratory.
  • Japan–EU EPA origin documentation for preferential duty treatment on EU imports.

How it works

  2. Choose your teas, format (filled pouches, tins, or bulk) and quantities.
  3. Design your labels using our dimension guides and print them locally.
  4. Ship us the labels — we fill, apply and pack.
  5. Receive stock from Japan by FedEx or Japan Post, shelf-ready.

FAQ

What is the minimum order for private label?

There is none. Pouches and tins have no minimum, so you can produce a small first run and reorder as you sell.

Can you print our labels?

No — we stay unprinted so you keep full control of design and local compliance. We apply your printed labels for JPY 20 each, so goods still arrive shelf-ready.

Can we use our own packaging design on organic matcha?

Yes. JAS-certified organic teas are available; ask us which grades carry certification and what your local labelling rules require.
