I love the fruity citrusy, floral and grassy notes of this matcha. It goes well with my peach iced tea 🥹💖 fav combo by far. I’m also glad that it comes in a ready to go packets!

It's SOOOO REFRESHING! the matcha can stand with the citrus flavors. It's a balance of floral, fresh aroma, slight grassiness and citrus!
It's kind of hard to explain how it tastes but it's so unique to the point that you'll want to keep drinking it. Perfect summer drink!

I love how smooth and creamy it is! It has a very rich umami with little to no bitterness and leans toward slightly grassy with very minimal astringency but overall balance!

I got to try this matcha and I can say it’s really yummy, it’s umami and has a buttery feel to it. I didn’t find it to be bitter or astringent it had natural sweetness.. I recommend if you’re looking for a yummy matcha that is great for everyday! I am very happy with uji no Mukashi!

• I tried this matcha first with dairy milk, without any sweetener and syrup and it brought an interesting flavor profile! It was somewhat flowery 🌸 Like I could not explain how that happened but I actually enjoyed it ? It was a different experience!
• Next, I tried it with oat milk. For this one, I also did not add any sweetener or syrup. I like my matchas unsweetened! So, it really brought that umami & nutty flavor which I absolutely love! 💗 It has little to no astringency. I liked this better!
