Size

Yame no Shiro (八女の白) is a Signature ceremonial grade matcha grown in the fertile soil of Yame. It shows a vibrant green color with deep umami, and almost no bitterness or astringency — the finish is clean and refreshing.

Creamy and mellow with a gentle nutty aroma, it is remarkably easy to drink, which makes it as comfortable straight as Usucha as it is in a latte.
