No. There is no minimum order quantity, so you can start with a small order and increase quantities as your business grows. Bulk matcha is supplied in 1 kg bags, one variety per bag.

Yes — we offer a 5% discount on orders of 10 kg or more. On larger bulk orders we may also include a few samples free of charge.

We recommend trying samples before committing to bulk. Samples ship as pouches at the retail price with a 20% wholesale-sample discount, so you can taste the exact matcha you're considering.

In-stock orders are dispatched 1–2 days after payment; international delivery takes around two weeks (1–2 days domestically in Japan). We accept bank transfer in JPY, USD or EUR, or card payment in most major currencies. We send an invoice or payment link once your order is confirmed.

Yes. We supply plain 30 g matcha pouches designed to fit inside our matcha tins, sold separately at USD 1.50 each in Silver, Gold, Black and White — with no minimum order on either. We don't provide label printing, so you arrange labels locally (recommended sizes: side 45 × 190 mm, top ≈ 52 mm diameter). Please note we don't offer custom blending; we'll recommend the closest existing product instead.

Yes. Our Japan facility is FDA-registered and we file FDA Prior Notice for every US shipment. For the EU, we can add the EU–Japan EPA statement of origin to the commercial invoice so Japanese green tea enters duty-free (local VAT and carrier fees still apply). Phytosanitary certificates are available for a small fee; free-sale / health certificates at no charge.
