Iwakura surprised me with its creamy, smooth texture. It has a well-balanced profile, with rich umami and a subtle bitterness that never feels overpowering. There's little to no vegetal taste, just a gentle grassy note, with minimal astringency and a clean finish. Love this as everyday matcha!

The company’s Heki Matcha from the Uji region is of high quality and has a mild and deep flavor. It also has a very low harshness and a very well-balanced flavor, making it easy to enjoy. Along with, it has a bright green colour.

Where is your tea sourced from?

We source our teas directly from trusted producers across Japan, including Uji (Kyoto), Shizuoka, Kagoshima, Sayama, and Yame (Fukuoka). All of our teas are traceable and selected for their quality, freshness, and craftsmanship.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide directly from Japan. You can choose between Japan Post and FedEx for your delivery method.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping (All regions except the Middle East):

  • Orders with a total weight of up to 2kg: Flat rate of USD 16
  • Orders exceeding 2kg: Shipping cost will be calculated based on the total weight and invoiced separately before or after order confirmation

Middle East Shipping:
Due to current limitations with Japan Post, we use alternative carriers for shipments to the Middle East.

  • Orders with a total weight of up to 2kg: Flat rate of USD 35
  • Orders exceeding 2kg: Shipping cost will be calculated based on the total weight and invoiced separately before or after order confirmation

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks after shipping.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs clearance, but we aim to deliver all packages within 7–14 days.

Can I request wholesale or bulk orders?

Yes! We work with cafes, tea shops, and distributors around the world. Please contact us through our wholesale page.

Are your teas organic?

We offer both organic and non-organic teas. Each product page specifies whether the tea is certified organic (JAS or EU Organic). All of our teas, regardless of certification, are grown with great care and minimal use of chemicals.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number. You'll receive it via email as soon as your package is dispatched.
