Incroyable découverte !! J'étais déjà fan de matcha depuis des années, mais la qualité que je trouvais bonne en France viens de changer. Cette qualité là n'a absolument rien à voir, l'odeur à l'ouverture est déjà incroyable, la facilité de mélange aussi, la couleur bien vive et surtout les arômes subtils et l'amertume à peine perceptible comparé à ce que j'ai pu goûter auparavant. Un grand merci et bravo à l'équipe et aux producteurs ! Continuez de nous régaler et perpétuer cette magnifique tradition ! :)
Yame no Mukashi has genuinely become one of my favorite matchas I’ve ever tried. From the moment I opened the package, I was impressed by its incredibly vibrant, deep green color and beautiful aroma.
The flavor is just as wonderful. It has a rich, smooth umami, a lovely natural sweetness, and practically no bitterness. There’s also a delicate nutty note that makes it feel especially unique and well-balanced.
I love how beautifully it works both as traditional matcha and in premium matcha lattes. Even when combined with milk, its character and quality really stand out.
I loved it so much that I chose it as the signature matcha for my own matcha brand in Mexico, Nine Matcha, and the response from my customers has been amazing!

Nutty. Creamy. Not astringent. Not bitter. Not dry.
The drinks is more yelllowish green than bright green but other than that, we drink it.
what i particularly enjoy about this matcha is how its gentle nuttiness and natural sweetness come through without being overpowered by bitterness. it’s smooth, approachable, and makes for such a lovely cup!
