Description

It’s the kind of “classic” tea that plays a perfect supporting role in your daily life — gentle yet memorable, offering a soft sweetness, refined aroma, and rich umami that invites you to pause and relax.
Let its aroma and flavor bring a quiet moment of peace to your day.
How to Brew (for 1 serving)
You’ll need:
-
Tea leaves: 5g
-
Hot water: 120ml
-
Kyusu (Japanese teapot)
1. Add the tea leaves.
Use about 5g of tea. No need to measure precisely — a generous teaspoon is a good guide.
2. Pour water at 70–80°C.
If you don’t have a temperature-controlled kettle, cool boiled water by adding 6 ice cubes (about 1L of hot water → ~80°C).
3. Cover and steep for 1 minute.
Enjoy the soft, drifting aroma while it brews.
4. Pour gently and evenly.
Pour slowly and completely to ensure balanced flavor. If serving multiple cups, alternate pouring to keep the taste consistent.
5. Second brew:
Use water at around 80°C and steep for 60 seconds.
Enjoy a refreshing astringency and a clean, light finish.
