Size

Shizuku (雫) — "droplet" — is a first harvest kabusecha sencha from Kagoshima, blended from Okumidori, Saeakari, and Harumidori cultivars. Pre-harvest shading concentrates its umami and gives the liquor a vivid green hue.

The taste is rich and full-bodied, round on the palate, and finishes clean with a pleasant lingering sweetness. A crowd-pleasing kabusecha that performs beautifully hot or cold-brewed.
