Sagano has such a beautiful, vibrant green color, and I really like how balanced it tastes. The bitterness is just right, not too strong or overpowering. I mostly enjoy it as a latte, and the matcha flavor still comes through really nicely with milk. For the price, it’s honestly a great choice!
When I opened the pouch, the aroma genuinely caught me off guard in the best way. It was so intensely nutty that I just had to stop and appreciate it for a moment. If you love nutty matcha, I think you’ll really enjoy Kaede. The taste has that same lovely roasted, nutty character, with absolutely no bitterness. It’s such a distinct flavor profile, and the aroma alone made a great first impression on me. This is definitely one I’d recommend to anyone who prefers their matcha on the nuttier side!
Yame no Hana has such a beautiful, deep green color, and I genuinely love the balance between its nutty notes and gentle bitterness. There’s something about the way these flavors come together that makes it so enjoyable to me. It has just the right amount of bitterness, and when I make it into a latte, it pairs perfectly with the milk while still letting the matcha shine through. I’ve tried different matchas, but this is the one I keep coming back to. It has become my absolute favorite for lattes, and I honestly can’t imagine getting tired of it!
For me, it was a vegetal but also tasted like sweet cream. I've yet to try it with dairy milk, but pairing it with oat really brings out the sweet cream taste
the flavour is bold with nutty undertones, there is a hint of white chocolate flavour. over all very balanced
