Iwakura surprised me with its creamy, smooth texture. It has a well-balanced profile, with rich umami and a subtle bitterness that never feels overpowering. There's little to no vegetal taste, just a gentle grassy note, with minimal astringency and a clean finish. Love this as everyday matcha!

The company’s Heki Matcha from the Uji region is of high quality and has a mild and deep flavor. It also has a very low harshness and a very well-balanced flavor, making it easy to enjoy. Along with, it has a bright green colour.
