How to Make Matcha Concentrate:

1. Fill the mini shaker with water up to the 20cc line.
   Use water below 40°C — do not use boiling water.

2. Add one stick (2g) of organic matcha.
   Add water first to prevent matcha from sticking to the bottom.

3. Close the lid tightly and shake about 20 times.

4. Add 80–150cc of water or hot water to the concentrate to enjoy authentic matcha.
